ニュージーランド到着の日が近づいてきましたがご準備はどうですか？
こちらは少し肌寒くなってきました、日本で言う１０月の初め頃の気候だと思うので暖かい洋服をご用意されたほうがいいと思いますよ。
早速ですが、５月１２日ご到着のご予定ですがトライアルを５月１３日の月曜日１５時ー１９時でさせて頂きたいと思いますが大丈夫でしょうか？
もし、トライアルで問題がないようでしたら早速次の日５月１４日から勤務開始して頂きたいと思っています。」
